Job description

As a Technology Business Specialist at Lifera, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and the Digital & IT delivery teams. In this role, you will elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements, optimize operational workflows, and support the implementation of robust, scalable enterprise digital solutions across our expanding biopharma operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation & Management: Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise systems and digital solutions.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business and operational workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design IT-enabled process improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business units, IT delivery teams, and project managers to define scope, prioritize backlogs, and track project deliverables.
• Implementation Support: Assist in solution delivery, configuration reviews, system integration support, and technical documentation.
• Quality & Testing Orchestration: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define test cases/criteria, coordinate user feedback loops, and track defect resolution.
• Change Management & Adoption: Prepare end-user documentation, deliver training sessions, and champion change management for smooth digital adoption.
• Strategic Alignment: Contribute to digital product roadmaps and strategic IT initiatives aligned with Lifera’s broader business and transformation objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT solution delivery.
• Methodologies & Tooling: Strong proficiency in business analysis frameworks (e.g., BABOK), SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), process mapping (BPMN), and standard tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Visio).
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., IIBA-CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
• Prior exposure to enterprise environments in biopharma, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing sectors (familiarity with GxP, CSV, or SAP environments is a plus).
