Job summary

Talents Sea | تالنتس سي is looking for a seasoned MIS / Business Analyst to drive requirements management and IT coordination in Riyadh. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, coordinate with IT teams, and support digital transformation initiatives.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, data analysis in Excel and Power BI, and delivering timely, value-driven results. A minimum of 5 years in BA and related fields is expected, with professional English proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field; strong IT/business alignment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BA and IT coordination.
• Experience with BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Job description

1. Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business requirements and development requests from various business functions.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned between business stakeholders and IT teams.

2. IT Coordination & Delivery Follow-up

• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders to track progress, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and completion status.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of open items and business requirements.

3. Project Management

• Manage system development, enhancement, and digital transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
• Define and track project scope, plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope, and in line with approved requirements.

4. UAT & Implementation

• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet approved business and functional requirements.
• Support Go-Live activities and validate system performance and business outcomes after implementation.
• Track and coordinate the resolution of post-Go-Live gaps and issues through closure.

5. Reporting & Data Analysis

• Develop management reports, performance trackers, dashboards, and other analytical outputs.
• Analyze business and operational data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

6. Process Improvement & Digitalization

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digitalization, automation, and system enhancements.
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvement solutions.
• Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and measure their impact and business value.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering/documentation, IT coordination, UAT, reporting, and process improvement
• Experience working with multiple business stakeholders and technology teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation
