Job Summary/Objective

The Presales Solution Professional – Data& AI provides specialized presales technical expertise in designing andsupporting data-driven and artificial intelligence solutions across enterprisecustomers. The role supports the sales process by identifying customer needs,developing tailored data and AI solution proposals, and delivering technicalpresentations and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboratewith the sales and business development teams to understand customerrequirements related to data management, analytics, and AI adoption
• Assist inevaluating customer data landscapes and contribute to the preparation of Data& AI solution proposals based on Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and relatedtechnologies
• Translateclient requirements into conceptual solution outlines following establishedframeworks and templates
• Participatein qualification meetings and contribute technical input to align opportunitieswith available solutions

Solution Preparation and Documentation

• Prepare andmaintain technical documentation, solution briefs, and RFP responses, ensuringalignment with company standards
• Support thepreparation of data flow diagrams, architecture visuals, and use case scenariosfor proposals and presentations
• Ensure alldocumentation meets quality, accuracy, and completeness standards beforesubmission

Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

• Assist indeveloping and delivering demonstrations and PoCs for customers to showcasedata visualization, reporting, and AI capabilities
• Set upsample environments under guidance to validate proposed solutions
• Gathercustomer feedback during PoC sessions and provide structured summaries to thePresales Solution Executive or relevant teams

Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinatewith internal delivery, operations, and technology teams to ensure technicalfeasibility and alignment during the presales stage
• Maintaincommunication with the solution delivery teams to ensure smooth transition fromproposal to implementation

Knowledge Management and Improvement

• Stay up todate with emerging technologies in Data, AI, and Analytics within Microsoft andother major platforms
• Participatein internal enablement sessions and continuous learning programs to strengthentechnical capability
• Contributesuggestions for improving proposal templates, presentation materials, orinternal presales tools

Requirements

Qualifications
