Job summary

Secure Tech in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee technical security projects from initiation to completion. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and team performance while ensuring compliance with standards.

As a key client contact, you will work with internal teams and the PMO to understand requirements, resolve challenges, monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver projects to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant project experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Project, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD design software.
• Ability to manage delivery dates and project scope.
• Familiarity with regulations, standards, and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in operations and project maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, coordination, and control of technical projects, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Monitor compliance with laws, practices, and quality policies.
• Act as primary client contact, understanding and addressing needs.
• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Provide detailed status reports on scope, schedule, budget, and team performance.
• Define project roles and assign responsibilities.
• Collaborate with PMO and departments for cross-functional support.
• Track milestones, evaluate deliverables, and manage documentation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
