Job summary

Secure Tech in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee technical security projects from initiation to completion. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and team performance while ensuring compliance with standards.

As a key client contact, you will work with internal teams and the PMO to understand requirements, resolve challenges, monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver projects to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant project experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Project, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD design software.
• Ability to manage delivery dates and project scope.
• Familiarity with regulations, standards, and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in operations and project maintenance.

The position will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams and the PMO to understand requirements, resolve challenges, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered successfully and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and control of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, practices, and quality assurance policies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, engaging regularly to understand, analyze, and address their needs and requirements.
• Quality control, performance standards, and specifications required by the project.
• Oversee project progress in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and team performance; provide consistent and detailed status reports to management.
• Define project roles and assign responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO Manager and other departments to facilitate cross-functional support, and technical guidance.
• Monitor key milestones, evaluate deliverables, and manage project documentation, including reports and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential risks, perform impact assessments, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in the same field.
• Proficiency in dealing with computer programs and Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Project, and MS Project).
• Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD.
• Ability to work with projects and set delivery dates.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
