Job summary

Castolin is seeking a driven industrial sales professional to manage and grow a designated territory in Saudi Arabia. You will develop new customers and deepen relationships with existing accounts by identifying maintenance problems, wear-related applications, and repair opportunities.

The role involves conducting site visits, preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and coordinating the full sales cycle from quotation to payment collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years of B2B industrial sales / technical sales experience.
• Experience in maintaining relationships with industries such as cement, mining, steel, power, oil & gas, petrochemical, fabrication, quarrying and heavy industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order follow-up, delivery coordination and payment collection.
• Develop new customers and expand business with existing accounts by identifying maintenance problems and repair opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer/site visits to understand applications, maintenance requirements and operational challenges.
