Ingram Micro is a leading technology company shaping the global IT ecosystem with a vast market reach and digital platforms. As a Technical Presales Consultant, you’ll enhance sales by offering presales support, meeting end-users, generating BoMs, and delivering demos and PoC presentations.

You’ll also arrange technical trainings and collaborate with vendors, with opportunities to obtain new certifications to stay ahead in the field.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of pre-sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Juniper, Cisco, and HPE technologies.
• Excellent communication and proactive, independent work ethic.
• Willing to learn new technologies and pursue certifications.

Responsibilities

• Converting customer / reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
• Meeting with end-users to understand their requirements in detail.
• Generating BoM and designing solution blocks with hardware/software vendors.
• Conducting product demos and PoC presentations for customers.
• Arranging and delivering technical trainings for partners and customers.
• Reviewing and analyzing RFPs/RFQs, preparing technical compliance sheets, and drafting technical proposals.
