Job summary

Aptec - an Ingram Micro Company is seeking a Technical Presales Consultant in Riyadh to enhance sales by providing presales support. You will convert reseller inquiries into technical solutions, meet with end-users to capture requirements, and design solution blocks in collaboration with vendors.

You will also prepare BoMs, run product demos and PoCs, and organize technical trainings for partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pre-sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of Juniper, Cisco, and HPE technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Converting customer reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.

As a Technical Presales Consultant you ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers

Key responsibilities

• Converting customer reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions
• Meeting with end-users to understand their requirements in detail
• Generating Bills of Materials BoM and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware software vendors
• Conducting product demos and Proof of Concept PoC presentations for customers
• Arranging and delivering technical trainings for partners and customers
• Reviewing and analyzing RFPs RFQs preparing technical compliance sheets and drafting technical proposals

We re looking for someone with:

• 3-5 years of pre-sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of: Juniper, Cisco, and HPE technologies.
• Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively and independently.
• Must be open to learning new technologies and obtaining new certifications as per business requirements

Preferred Technical Certifications

• Juniper: JNCIA-MistAI / JNCIS-MistAI, JNCIA-WLAN / JNCIA-DC / JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-ENT
• HPE Aruba: ACMA / ACMP / ACCA or Aruba Certified Edge Associate
• Cisco: CCNA / CCNP (Enterprise or Security)
• Additional advantages: CWNA or Security+
