Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Technical office experience with procurement documentation and deliverables.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and submission procedures.
• Familiarity with UPVC/HDPE piping, pumps, heat exchangers, RO systems, pressure vessels, filtration equipment, GRP trays, instruments and control panels.
• Ability to read P&IDs, technical drawings and equipment schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with follow-up.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; Navisworks/AutoCAD reading ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate technical deliverables (MR, TBE, NMR; Award Recommendations; PO packages; installation Method Statements).
• Prepare quality documentation (ITP, IAP, PIM, NOI, inspection certificates).
• Documentation preparation and tracking responsibilities only.
• Review datasheets, equipment drawings, vendor docs for spec compliance.
• Manage submissions, client comments, revisions and approvals to closure.
• Coordinate technical matters with site eng, QA, vendors and client reps.
• Monitor procurement progress and report outstanding actions.
