Job summary

Noon is building a fast, local delivery ecosystem in the Middle East. We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to oversee the Noon Minutes dark stores, optimize consumables, and ensure stock readiness.

This role combines hands-on warehousing with ERP-driven processes in a high-energy, growth-focused team. You will lead daily planning, coordinate cross-functional activities, and train staff on ERP tools while driving efficiency and cost reductions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or related field.
  • Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (V-lookup, Pivot Table, Advanced formulas, etc.).
  • Creative and analytical problem solver with a strong desire to grow and evolve.
  • Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned Dark Stores (1-2 DS) across fulfillment and logistics functions.
  • Ensure packaging material consumption is optimized and wastage is reduced.
  • Maintain basic safety stocks at all warehouses to avoid order disruptions.
  • Ensure teams use packaging tools properly and follow ground processes.
  • Record purchases of consumables from sellers and in-ward into WMS and Consumable Management Tools.
  • Determine, track and drive key cost KPIs to meet performance and cost objectives.
  • Understand ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.
  • Train and evaluate warehouse workers on ERP and best practices.
  • Plan and assign daily work and address performance issues to improve productivity on the floor.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members.

What you’ll do:

  • Managing the assigned Dark Stores (1-2 DS) effectively across fulfillment and logistics functions.
  • Ensure that Consumables (Packaging Material) consumption is optimized among warehouses and wastage is reduced.
  • Ensure that all warehouses have basic safety stocks to avoid disruptions in order processing.
  • Ensure that all teams are using the packaging tools properly and driving the processes on the ground.
  • Ensure that Purchases of Consumables from Sellers are accurately accounted for and in-warding into the WMS and Consumable Management Tools.
  • Determine, track and Drive the most important Cost KPIs to achieve the company’s objective of performance and cost.
  • Understanding the ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.
  • Train, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practices.
  • Planning and assigning daily work.
  • Addressing performance issues and improving productivity on the floor.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
