Job summary

Noon is seeking a Team Lead to drive performance and security in our fast-paced Riyadh facilities. You will lead a team of Associates, communicate policies, manage performance, and uphold quality and safety standards on the floor.

Ideal candidates will mentor staff, maintain high engagement, and champion continuous improvement while adapting to a rapidly evolving e-commerce environment in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Stamina to perform bending, lifting, and reaching as part of shift.
• Endurance to stand and walk for long hours across the facility.
• Ability to access all areas safely, including stairs and ladders.
• Leadership presence to motivate and guide on the floor.
• Attention to detail to spot gaps in processes.

What you’ll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward. In this role, you will:

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Associates to ensure high engagement and productivity.
• Policy Communication: Act as the primary information source for the team; communicate policies clearly and maintain compliance and consistency, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Performance Management: Develop and monitor performance goals and objectives to exceed customer promise expectations while ensuring total accuracy and quality.
• Safety & Security: Support all safety program compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Associates. Rigorously follow procedures for building security and product loss prevention.
• Culture & Quality: Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs to keep the team motivated. Partner with the management team to establish and maintain strict quality control standards.

What you’ll need:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching (both below the waist and above the head).
• Endurance: Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours, as our facilities often exceed a quarter-mile in length.
• Agility: Ability to access all areas of the building, including ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation.
• Leadership Presence: Proven ability to lead by example on the floor, maintaining a high level of energy and focus throughout the shift.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for quality control and the ability to spot process gaps before they impact the customer.
