Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development, testing, and improvement of AI-powered solutions and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Helping digitize and optimize business processes by identifying opportunities to reduce manual activities.
• Organizing and maintaining knowledge repositories in SharePoint, ensuring information is accurate, structured, and easy to access.
• Supporting the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI and other digital tools to monitor operational performance and key KPIs.
• Testing solutions, validating outputs, collecting user feedback, and supporting continuous improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical digital solutions.
• Participating in innovation projects that leverage technology to enhance commercial and operational processes.

What We Are Looking For:

• We are seeking motivated fresh graduates who are elegible for the Tamheer Program.
• Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in: Computer Science Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science Or a related technology field.
• Passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Digital Transformation, and Emerging Technologies.
• Familiar with or interested in learning Microsoft technologies such as: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint.
• Comfortable working with data and basic scripting tools such as Python, Excel, or similar technologies.
• Analytical, organized, and detail oriented.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicators who enjoy collaborating with different teams.
