Job summary

Salla is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join one of our product squads and help develop scalable, high-quality product experiences on our modern SaaS platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers in a cross-functional, hands-on environment, gaining exposure to real product problems and delivery cycles.

This role is designed for early-career talent with strong learning ability, ownership, and the potential to grow into a full Product Manager role.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in product, engineering, design, analytics, consulting, or a tech-adjacent role.
• Ability to execute tasks end-to-end with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Demonstrated learning ability when working on unfamiliar problems or domains.
• Structured thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Clear written communication and comfort explaining reasoning.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Reliability, accountability, and bias toward action.

The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with direct exposure to real product problems and delivery cycles.
This role is designed for early-career talent who demonstrate strong learning ability, ownership, and the potential to grow into a full Product Manager role over time.
The applicant must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.
