Abunayyan Holding is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Trainee to join the HR team through the Tamheer Program. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate management while supporting hiring needs.

You will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and helping build talent pipelines for ongoing and future needs. The program offers exposure to job postings, onboarding tasks, and recruitment materials development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Familiarity with HR processes and data handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates and coordinating communications.
• Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates.
• Support in building talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Help prepare job postings, descriptions, and recruitment materials.
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as document collection and orientation.
