WEbook, Inc. in Riyadh is seeking a Tamheer HR Trainee to support our HR team across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to a growing company disrupting events.

You will work with experienced HR professionals, develop essential HR skills, and contribute to smooth HR operations while upholding confidentiality and best practices in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Recently completed or currently holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
• No prior participation in the Tamheer programme.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or business support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with google suite and openness to learning HR systems.
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system
• Support attendance and leave tracking procedures
• Assist in health insurance enrollments and related documentation
• Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
• Provide administrative support related to payroll inputs and employee files
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Support internal HR audits and reports
