Job summary

You will work closely with HR professionals, gain mentorship, and access real-world exposure across HR functions within a fast-growing real estate company, with a clear path for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recently completed or currently holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months.
• No prior participation in the Tamheer programme.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent management, or business support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and openness to learning HR systems.
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, data entry in HR systems, and file management in line with data protection policies.
• Participate in employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications.
• Help prepare HR-related documentation, including contracts, reference letters, and training materials, under the supervision of experienced HR professionals.
• Respond professionally and confidentially to HR queries from employees and managers.
• Assist in coordinating learning and development sessions, monitoring attendance, and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with team members on HR projects related to policy development, diversity, and inclusion.
• Provide support in basic payroll queries, benefits administration, and general HR duties as required.
• Attend HR meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture that aligns with company values and Saudi labour law.
