Golden Elite catering services seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across hospitality, F&B, and large seasonal projects. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent for permanent, temporary, contract, and seasonal roles.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business units, with a strong focus on hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B), entertainment, and large-scale seasonal workforce projects.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding.
Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, contract, and seasonal positions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation.
Conduct reference and background checks where required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Experience recruiting for luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, premium venues, entertainment destinations, and lifestyle developments is highly preferred.
Support large-scale recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, festivals, and seasonal operations.
Coordinate mass hiring events, assessment days, and recruitment drives.
Build talent pipelines for recurring seasonal requirements.
Manage recruitment timelines to meet project mobilization deadlines.
Maintain a ready pool of qualified hospitality professionals.
Screen and interview international candidates.
Ensure overseas recruitment complies with Saudi labour regulations and company policies.
Support document verification and candidate readiness before deployment.
Coordinate mobilization schedules with recruitment partners.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including:
Develop and maintain talent pools for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant.
Prepare employment offers and recruitment reports.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics.
Ensure confidentiality of candidate information.
Build long-term relationships with hospitality professionals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Mandatory experience recruiting within Hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B).
Experience recruiting for luxury hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues, lifestyle destinations, or hospitality staffing companies.
Experience supporting overseas recruitment is highly desirable.
