Job summary

A10 Networks, Inc is seeking a motivated Senior System Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will design, implement, and support enterprise networking and security solutions leveraging A10 Networks' product portfolio.

You will collaborate with clients, provide technical and sales support, conduct demos and PoCs, develop deployment guides, and travel across the Middle East as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise networking, security, and system engineering.
• 3+ years in pre-sales roles preferably in security vendors.
• Certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business and technical needs and design suitable solutions with A10 Networks products.
• Provide technical and sales support for accounts and channels in the assigned territory.
• Design and deploy enterprise networking and security solutions, including configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Conduct product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical workshops to showcase capabilities.
• Offer technical support during implementation and post-deployment to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
• Develop technical documentation such as design guides and deployment best practices.
• Role covers the Middle East region; travel is required.

Systems Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise networking and security solutions for our clients, leveraging A10 Networks' products and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges, and recommend suitable solutions leveraging A10 Networks' products
• Provide technical and sales support for accounts and channel in assigned territory
• Assist in designing and deploying enterprise-level networking and security solutions, including configuration, integration, and optimization
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops to showcase the capabilities of A10 Networks' solutions
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during the implementation and post-deployment phases, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise networking and security, and share knowledge with the team
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams to identify business opportunities, address customer needs, and drive revenue growth
• Assist in the development of technical documentation, including design documents, deployment guides, and best practice recommendations
• This role covers the Middle East region, so travel is required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10 + years of experience in enterprise networking, security, and system engineering, with a focus on architecting and implementing scalable and secure solutions
• 3+ years in pre-sales roles preferably in security vendors
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying products, including Application Delivery Controllers and Firewalls and DDoS Mitigation systems in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, architectures, and technologies, with expertise in areas such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTP, SSL and SDN
• In-depth knowledge in multiple areas of specialization: Virtualization, Cloud-Native, Application Acceleration, DDOS mitigation, IPv4 Preservation/IPv6 Migration technologies and Traffic Security
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead the sales opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of delivering results in complex technical environments
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, A10 Networks Certified Professional) are highly desirable
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
