Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise networking, security, and system engineering experience.
• 3+ years in pre-sales roles, preferably in security vendors.
• Certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, or A10 Networks Certified Professional are desirable.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and recommend solutions leveraging A10 Networks' products.
• Provide technical and sales support for accounts and channel in the assigned territory.
• Assist in designing and deploying enterprise networking and security solutions, including configuration and integration.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical workshops to showcase capabilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Develop technical documentation including design documents, deployment guides, and best practice recommendations.
