Job summary

A10 Networks in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior System Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise networking and security solutions for clients, leveraging A10 Networks products. The role requires strong pre-sales experience and travel across the Middle East.

You will collaborate with clients to scope requirements, demonstrate capabilities, provide technical and sales support, and help prepare deployment guides and design documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in enterprise networking, security, and system engineering with a focus on architecting and implementing scalable and secure solutions.
• 3 years in pre-sales roles preferably in security vendors.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying products including Application Delivery Controllers and Firewalls and DDoS Mitigation systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, architectures, and technologies with expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTP, SSL and SDN.
• In-depth knowledge in virtualization, Cloud-Native, Application Acceleration, DDOS mitigation, IPv4 Preservation, IPv6 Migration technologies and Traffic Security.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead the sales opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement with a track record of delivering results in complex technical environments.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise networking and security and share knowledge with the team.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams to identify business opportunities, address customer needs, and drive revenue growth.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation including design documents, deployment guides, and best practice recommendations.
• This role covers the Middle East region so travel is required.
