Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver scalable architectures, perform demonstrations and PoCs, and provide post-deployment support while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise networking, security, and system engineering.
• 3+ years in pre-sales roles in security vendors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design scalable solutions using A10 technologies.
• Provide technical and sales support for accounts and channel in assigned territory.
• Design and deploy enterprise networking and security solutions including configuration and integration.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proofs-of-concepts, and workshops.
• Offer post-deployment support and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue.
• Develop technical documentation like design guides and deployment manuals.
