BD is seeking a Business Enablement Specialist to drive commercial, operational and execution excellence across the META region. You will partner with commercial, supply chain, finance, and distributors to deliver data-driven insights and improve performance.

Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting support, and developing actionable dashboards to optimize pricing, inventory and order enablement across Saudi Arabia and surrounding markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/tech field.
• Experience in analytics, commercial operations, or sales support.
• Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Proficient in Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Commercial Excellence initiatives related to SFDC adoption and account segmentation.
• Develop and maintain pricing and gross profit optimization tools.
• Create dashboards and reporting for commercial performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement key initiatives.
• Support distributor excellence programs with inventory and secondary sales data.
• Analyze distributor performance and forecast accuracy to drive growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and advise on mitigation of risks.
• Work with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Prepare dashboards and sales performance materials for leadership.
