Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an Administrator - Microsoft PowerBI, Windows PowerShell, Python to join our Support Operations team. The role focuses on independent ticket resolution, on-call support, and driving root-cause analysis to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will leverage Power BI for reporting, PowerShell for automation, and Python for scripting, while adhering to SLAs and contributing to knowledge base and training for new hires.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell for task automation and system management.
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of customer support processes and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements by implementing best practices in Power BI reporting and PowerShell scripting to ensure compliance.
• Provide on-call technical support for escalated issues, utilizing PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting, and perform root cause analysis to identify solutions.
• Enhance operational efficiency by updating the knowledge base and delivering training sessions to new team members.
• Independently resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs by leveraging Power BI for data visualization and PowerShell for task automation.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by achieving first-call resolution and minimizing case reopens through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
