HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Sr. Support Ops Administrator to deliver advanced technical support and operational excellence. You will troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement robust solutions that elevate customer satisfaction and security.

The role leverages Terraform, Python, and CI/CD tooling to automate infrastructure, manage deployments, and strengthen security posture while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Terraform for automation and deployment
• Strong Python scripting and tool development skills
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build
• Knowledge of Ansible for configuration management and deployment automation
• Optional certifications in Terraform or Python are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and automation using Terraform and Python to streamline infrastructure deployment
• Perform root-cause analysis on complex incidents and implement effective, timely resolutions
• Contribute to knowledge base and train new team members to raise capability
