Qualifications

Power BI Developer is responsible for supporting project monitoring and reporting by developing and maintaining advanced data analytics and reporting solutions. The role ensures that project activities are properly tracked, analyzed, and reported against defined objectives while improving reporting processes and identifying data gaps through strong database analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain advanced reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other BI tools.

Design and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions to support project monitoring and decision-making.

Create ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by project stakeholders.

Analyze and profile complex datasets to identify insights, trends, and reporting improvements.

Develop reusable data assets and reporting templates to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Assist the project team in monitoring daily project activities and tracking performance against defined objectives.

Support the Project Control Manager in preparing reports and maintaining accurate project data.

Participate actively in project meetings related to reporting, analytics, and reporting automation requirements.

Agree on monthly targets with the Project Control Manager and ensure progress is tracked and reported.

Establish and maintain data quality standards for project reporting.

Work closely with the reporting team to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.

Identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting processes and implement improvements.

Provide timely and accurate reporting updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a specialized BI or data analytics role.

Strong experience in Power BI development, dashboard creation, and data visualization.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and database analysis.

Experience working with data modeling, reporting automation, and business intelligence tools.

Good understanding of data profiling, data quality management, and reporting frameworks.

Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
