Job summary

Gulf Cryo is seeking a Supply Chain (PKG) Manager in Dammam to lead packaged gas distribution, fleet utilization, and asset management. The role focuses on safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery while complying with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

You will drive process improvements, budget management, and people leadership within the Commercial department, reporting to the Commercial Director. English is required, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 15 years with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in distribution/logistics or fleet management.
• Experience in industrial gases, chemicals, hazardous materials or safety-critical distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily and periodic packaged gas distribution activities in line with customer requirements and business priorities.
• Maximize fleet and vehicle capacity utilization while maintaining service levels.
• Maintain accurate records of cylinders, bundles, racks and other customer-held assets.

Responsible for the effective planning and management of packaged gas distribution operations, ensuring the safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers. The role is accountable for optimizing fleet utilization, transportation costs, cylinder and asset movements, customer service and distribution resources while ensuring compliance with company policies, HSE standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Distribution Operations

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience

-15 years with Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including experience in a distribution, logistics or fleet management role.

Experience in industrial gases, chemicals, hazardous materials or another safety-critical distribution environment is preferred.

Experience in fleet management, third-party transportation and cylinder/returnable asset management is desirable.
