Job summary

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a data and reporting specialist in Jeddah to design dataflow infrastructure for supply chain functions and to deploy centralized reporting across the organization. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related business experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in SQL, Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to communicate results to stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and initiate the dataflow infrastructure for supply chain functions.
• Design and deploy centralized supply chain reporting and dashboards.
• Prioritize requested reports, scorecards, and dashboards with development plans.
• Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards for day-to-day and cross-functional use.
• Lead transformation of reports from system upgrades and new systems.
• Partner with IT to ensure data availability and integrity during transitions.
• Migrate and reconnect reports when the data warehouse changes.
• Validate documentation of all reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Track KPIs and circulate related reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify issues or opportunities and communicate results.
• Track progress and ensure visibility across functions.
• Ensure data accuracy and visibility across supply chain and related departments.
• Build and analyze reporting for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop ad-hoc reports for short- and long-term decision making.
• Prepare, validate, and share data required by hired consulting firms.
