Job summary

• Coordinating communication between field technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the scheduling and routing of field technicians, ensuring that they are assigned to the right tasks and locations.
• Handle emergency calls and respond promptly to any urgent situations that may occur on the field.
• Keep track of equipment and resources, ensuring that field technicians have the necessary tools and materials to complete their tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, incidents, and activities, prepare reports and documentation for project management and compliance purposes.
• Assist field technicians with technical issues, providing guidance and support to resolve problems efficiently.
