Job summary

Future Aswaq in Dammam seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, coordinate with Head Office, manage manpower, accommodation and transportation, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

The role acts as the main liaison between Head Office and the branch, directing staff and ensuring service continuity and client satisfaction through proactive management and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all activities of the assigned branch in accordance with company policies, procedures, obligations, and management instructions.
• Receive branch-related instructions from Head Office and assign them to the responsible branch employee.
• Monitor the completion of assigned tasks and ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
• Ensure business continuity and prevent service disruption at client sites, accommodation facilities, or transportation operations.
• Oversee the daily operational performance of all client sites under the branch.
• Ensure replacements are arranged promptly for absent, resigned, terminated, rejected, or medically unfit employees.
• Review daily attendance and manpower reports and investigate significant discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic visits to client sites to inspect operational performance and meet client representatives.
• Address client complaints promptly and implement corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments.
• Supervise the Accommodation and Transportation officer and ensure that employee accommodation is properly managed.
• Ensure that accommodation facilities comply with company standards, municipal requirements, safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and applicable government regulations.
• Conduct regular accommodation inspections and document observations and corrective actions.
• Oversee daily employee transportation between accommodation facilities and client sites.
• Ensure transportation schedules are aligned with client shifts and operational requirements.
• Review transportation delays, breakdowns, route problems, driver violations, and employee complaints, and ensure appropriate corrective action.

Job description

To oversee the overall performance and daily activities of the assigned branch and ensure the effective coordination of operations, client requirements, manpower, employee accommodation, transportation, assets, and administrative matters.

The Branch Supervisor acts as the primary coordination point between the Head Office departments and the branch. All instructions and requirements relating to the branch shall be coordinated through the Branch Supervisor, who will assign and follow up the work with the Operations Supervisor and the Accommodation and Transportation Officer according to their respective responsibilities.
