Job summary

AL-AYUNI Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a hands-on Equipment Operations Supervisor to oversee daily equipment activities across multiple project sites. You will ensure timely and effective support to construction activities while maintaining accurate records and KPI-driven performance.

You will mentor and evaluate staff, collaborate with the maintenance, planning and procurement teams to schedule inspections, optimize deployment, and control costs.

• Supervise and control daily equipment operations across project sites to ensure timely and effective support to construction activities.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of staff under equipment operations, ensuring compliance with operational goals and KPIs.
• Monitor and manage equipment deployment, availability, and productivity; ensure proper allocation and efficient utilization of resources.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule inspections, servicing, and repairs to reduce equipment downtime.
• Control operational costs related to equipment use, fuel, labor, and repairs, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations related to equipment operations and movement.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, performance, and issues. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, planning, and procurement departments to ensure alignment of equipment needs with project timelines.
