Job summary

Nascom is seeking an experienced professional to lead operations and maintenance for large-scale projects in Riyadh. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure asset availability across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, and related systems.

The role requires proven experience in O&M, facilities management, or project management, with a focus on safety, reliability, and contractual KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations & Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all project operations and maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise technical and administrative teams and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure maximum asset availability.
• Manage breakdowns, emergencies, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and achieve contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the client and address complaints and service requests.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project performance reports.
• Monitor project budget, costs, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and materials required for operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, and other maintenance activities according to the project scope.
• Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.
• Ensure that maintenance records, work orders, asset registers, and reports are properly maintained.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the project team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical and operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and applicable local regulations.
