Job description

Responsibilities

• Creating work schedules and assigning daily tasks to team members
• Supervises cleaning and housekeeping work of indoor and outdoor areas
• Instructs and guides the cleaning and housekeeping employees while working
• Conducts reports on completed cleaning and housekeeping works
• Identify and resolve housekeeping issues promptly
• Respond to client complaints and concerns
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained
• Supervising and Monitoring of cleaning and housekeeping safety plan
• Performs other duties as assigned by the line supervisor manager
