Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced IT Operations Specialist to provide hands-on operational IT support and systems coordination for the Film Studio asset. You will help ensure availability, security and day-to-day usability of business systems, coordinating with centralized IT teams, vendors and end users.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or CS and 4–6 years in IT operations or service desk, with experience in hospitality or events environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years IT operations, systems support, or service desk experience.
• Experience supporting operational assets in service-intensive environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT operational support and user assistance across the Film Studio asset.
• Support implementation, administration, and maintenance of business systems and core infrastructure.
• Coordinate booking systems, operational reporting tools, access-related systems, and productivity platforms.
• Monitor incidents, service requests, and system performance with timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with centralized IT teams and external service providers to ensure service continuity.
• Support cybersecurity controls, user access management, and data protection requirements.
• Ensure readiness of IT infrastructure ahead of activation milestones and events.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, license trackers, and system documentation.
