Job summary

Six Flags Qiddiya City is seeking an Assistant Manager IT Operations to oversee daily IT operations, ensure stability and security across platforms, and support park operations around the clock. The role leads IT staff, coordinates support, and drives upgrades for hardware, software, and POS systems essential to guest and retail experiences.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and at least four years’ IT Operations experience in entertainment or similar large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Operations in entertainment, hospitality, retail, or large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations to meet operational and business requirements.
• Lead and mentor IT Operations staff to ensure high performance.
• Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Support shift work including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Implement IT security measures including firewalls and data encryption.
• Maintain and support POS systems critical to park retail and hospitality operations.
• Manage IT service desk operations and track incidents with ServiceNow.
• Coordinate hardware/software installations and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely IT services and solutions.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures aligned with compliance.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and network diagrams.
• Support IT projects such as migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
