Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in automotive sales, dealership management, automotive trading, or fleet sales.
• 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role with revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies and expanding client networks.
• Experience with high-value vehicle sales and corporate accounts.
• Ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strong digital sales skills and social media marketing experience.
• Leadership, recruitment, and team development capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management with customers and partners.
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the vehicles department.
• Create proposals and strategies for new opportunities including budgeting and scheduling.
• Monitor sales and market data to influence sales and social media strategies.
• Ensure social media items comply with standards and trends in the Vehicles market.
• Manage vehicles department staff including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management including financial and sales reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (government officials, real estate professionals, etc.).
• Consult clients on market conditions, prices, financing, legal requirements, and related matters.
