Job summary

Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) seeks a seasoned transformation leader to govern the corporate roadmap, oversee PMO governance, and ensure disciplined delivery across the organization.

You will develop executive reporting, manage strategy reviews, liaise with stakeholders, and drive process redesign and financial modelling to secure sustainable improvements in performance. 10+ years in PMO/strategy is required, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in PMO, strategy execution, or transformation management.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Govern and advance the transformation roadmap and oversee enterprise programs.
• Develop executive reporting packs for timely, accurate decision-making.
• Establish PMO governance frameworks and ensure auditable program execution.
• Manage master plan via registration, validation, scheduling, and dependency mapping.
• Lead quarterly strategic reviews aligning KPIs, initiatives, and themes.
• Support process redesign, organizational integration, and operational excellence.
• Conduct business cases, modelling, and feasibility studies for strategic decisions.
• Implement portfolio risk management and RAID processes.
