Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in management consulting with expertise in operating models, organization design, PMI, governance, or transformation.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives within multinational organizations.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model and organization design engagements across diverse entities.
• Assess current-state structures and design future-state governance and workflows.
• Develop standardized frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits for projects.
• Provide executive advisory on strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Facilitate workshops to drive alignment at the executive level.
• Oversee cross-border operating model alignment including affiliates and joint ventures.
• Lead post-merger integration activities ensuring alignment of acquired entities.
• Develop enterprise playbooks and operating principles for governance.
