Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and enhance our recruitment strategies in Saudi Arabia. You will attract, source, and hire top talent across functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, use ATS/HRIS, analyze metrics, mentor junior staff, and stay current with labor laws and best practices in talent management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including senior/lead roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to source and attract candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create plans.
• Use diverse sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
