You will liaise with hiring managers, maintain candidate records, and support offers and joining processes. A 1–3 year track record in recruitment and HR support is preferred, with experience in high-volume roles.

Qualifications

• Experience screening resumes against job requirements.
• Experience coordinating recruitment workflows from sourcing to joining.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against approved job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and verify employment-related information.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status updates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Support offer, joining, and recruitment documentation activities.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track open requirements through closure.
