Job summary

Qiddiya seeks a Senior Director Commercial Sustainability Planning to maximize commercial value and resilience through sustainability leadership across its districts and assets in Saudi Arabia. You will drive ESG positioning, sustainable finance readiness, and environmental performance across the portfolio, aligning policy, investor requirements and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Planning, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 15 years' experience in sustainability, ESG, infrastructure, real estate, development, investment, or asset management.
• Experience delivering sustainability outcomes across large-scale mixed-use developments, cities, districts, or infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated experience aligning project delivery with sustainability frameworks, investor expectations, and ESG reporting requirements.
• Experience within complex development environments, sovereign-backed projects, or emerging markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability planning strategy across districts, assets and development programs to drive asset value and resilience.
• Provide sustainability and environmental oversight throughout planning, design, construction and operational readiness.
• Position projects to align with ESG frameworks, investor expectations and sustainable finance requirements.
• Establish governance, KPIs, reporting and benchmarking for portfolio-wide sustainability performance.
• Partner with investment, delivery, asset management and operations teams to embed sustainability objectives.
