Qiddiya in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Director, Commercial Sustainability Planning to maximize asset value and resilience across districts and development programs. The role defines strategic direction for ESG, sustainable finance readiness, and environmental performance, aligning regulatory frameworks with investor expectations.

You will lead frameworks, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, translating policy into project actions while balancing cost and schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Planning, or related discipline.
Master's degree preferred.
At least 15 years' experience in sustainability, ESG, infrastructure, real estate, development, investment, or asset management.
Experience delivering sustainability outcomes across large-scale developments, cities, districts, or infrastructure programs.
Demonstrated experience aligning project delivery with sustainability frameworks, investor expectations, and ESG reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

Lead sustainability planning strategy across districts, assets, and development programs.
Position sustainability as a driver of asset value, resilience, and risk reduction.
Provide strategic leadership on ESG, sustainable finance, and related market trends.
Develop governance, policies, and performance objectives aligned with corporate priorities.
