Job summary

Hill International, Inc. is seeking an experienced contracts manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiation, and compliance, with close collaboration across legal, finance, and project teams.

The role requires extensive experience in pricing, contract drafting, and change-order negotiations, along with strong Arabic and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years’ experience in contracts management on large-scale projects.
• Experience with Saudi Arabia procurement law.
• Experience in pricing, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Support managing the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
• Review and analyze contract terms to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management to align terms with policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and track deliverables, milestones, and deadlines for timely completion.
• Identify and resolve contract-related issues or disputes promptly.
• Conduct regular contract audits for compliance with obligations and policies.
• Prepare and present reports on contract performance and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
