Job summary

JASARA PMC seeks a Supplier Relationship Manager to lead strategic supplier engagements within Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives. The role focuses on post-award performance, call-off readiness, and ongoing value realization throughout contracts.

You will establish SRM processes, monitor KPIs, and drive supplier development while resolving commercial and operational issues to sustain optimal supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management or category management.
• Experience managing post-award supplier performance and contractual obligations.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.

Responsibilities

• Establish supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance and issue logs.
• Coordinate call-off administration with procurement, development projects and suppliers.
• Lead regular supplier performance reviews and improvement actions.
• Resolve commercial, operational and relationship issues.
• Maintain supplier development plans, lessons learned and performance scorecards.
