Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Risk to join the flagship Giga project under Saudi Vision 2030. You will identify and mitigate SC risks across procurement, develop supplier risk profiles, and support governance, reporting and continuous improvement across SRM/SCR activities.

The role requires 7–10 years in SRM/SC, English fluency, and a track record of cross‑functional collaboration within large‑scale developments in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Supplier Relationship Management & Supply Chain roles
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, accounting, Law, Finance, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred
• Certified CPSM/CSCP/CPM preferred
• Experience with KSA regulatory requirements and familiarity with Vision 2030 goals is desirable
• Fluency in English; Arabic desirable
• Experience in large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development would be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills; able to work in cross‑functional environments

Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and assess likelihood and impact using risk frameworks
• Develop and maintain supplier risk profiles including risk scoring and critical supplier identification
• Support implementation of mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure business continuity
• Monitor external factors (regulatory changes, disasters, market trends) that could disrupt the supply chain
• Prepare executive‑ready reports and dashboards on key supply chain risk trends and mitigation status
• Oversee junior team members and foster a high‑performance SRM/SCR culture
