Job summary

Azeus Convene is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its growing sales force for the Convene platform, a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. Based in Saudi Arabia, the role focuses on expanding our footprint in the GCC and driving new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT software sales in the region, a background in Business Management, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT software sales experience in the assigned region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
• Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a target of 500K USD ARR through proactive business development and sales strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase value of the software to potential clients.
• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
• Location and Travel: Based in KSA; willing to travel within the GCC region.
