Job summary

NeoStats in Riyadh is seeking an experienced SME Digital Payments & Partnerships Manager to lead development, launch, and commercialization of digital payment solutions for SMEs. The role combines partnership development, pre-sales, commercial coordination, solution implementation, and post-launch relationship management.

You will engage with SME customers and partners, develop propositions around expense management, virtual cards, and card controls, work with banks, processors, and fintechs,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in SME banking, digital payments, fintech partnerships, BaaS, card issuing/processing.
• Hands-on experience with expense management, virtual cards, and card controls.
• Strong understanding of SME banking products and digital payments ecosystems.
• Embedded finance knowledge including issuer/processor/fintech models.
• Experience in product proposition, pre-sales, business cases and commercial coordination.
• Proven ability to support digital payment solutions from requirements through launch.
• Onsite work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Understand SME payment, expense, and financial service needs with partners.
• Develop propositions for expense management, virtual cards, and card controls.
• Prepare business cases, financials, proposals, and pricing models.
• Support pre-sales discussions, solution positioning, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with banks, processors, fintechs, and internal teams for deployment.
• Track milestones, risks, and ensure launch readiness.
