Job summary

ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Saudi Aramco, is building a data-driven performance management function to translate operational and financial data into actionable insights. The role collaborates with multiple business units to identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting executive decision-making.

The team focuses on establishing KPI governance, dashboards, and management reporting to drive operational excellence across procurement and supply chain functions in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 7 years' experience in a similar role with supply chain analytics and BI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze business and operational performance against KPIs, targets, budgets, and strategic objectives.
• Develop regular performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management presentations.
• Identify performance trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities; communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Develop analytical models and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
