Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Safety or Related field.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in HSE leadership, with large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic safety leadership to the Senior Leadership Team, supporting informed decision-making and safety objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety management processes with clear accountability across all levels.
• Design and strengthen governance frameworks to improve cross-functional integration and operational alignment.
• Lead Health, Safety, and Wellbeing across programme delivery with visible leadership and innovation adoption.
• Advise senior leadership on safety performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
