Job summary

Lenovo in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and track shipments to ensure timely purchasing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order, payment, and material issues while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

With at least 2 years in procurement or supply chain, you will demonstrate detail-orientation, ownership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and responsible.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• PO Management: Place and manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.
• BSR daily commit updates.
• Shipment Management RMA: Track shipments and coordinate with logistics and import/export teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with GSM GCM to resolve material allocation, supply, and pricing issues.
• Support Accounting and suppliers in resolving invoice and payment issues.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
