Job summary

Lenovo India Private Limited is seeking an experienced procurement professional for its Saudi Arabia operations. You will manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and lead the KSA plant site buyer team, while collaborating with finance, logistics, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 4–5 years in procurement or supply chain, strong English communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Knowledge of automation tools and programming is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination; supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of Excel and programming basics (VBA/SQL/Python) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• PO management: place and manage purchase orders; coordinate with suppliers on issues.
• BSR daily commit updates.
• Shipment & RMA: follow-up, tracking, and cross-functional coordination with suppliers and logistics.
• Collaborate with GSM & GCM to resolve material allocation, supply, and pricing issues.
• Support accounting and suppliers on invoice and payment issues.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• KSA plant site buyer team leader role.
